+ Process for Purchasing a Puppy

Please view our puppies on the "Available puppies". If you find a puppy that interests you, contact us via the inquiry form or email.
There may be other puppies available besides those listed on the "Available puppies". We can introduce you to puppies that meet your preferences, so feel free to ask any questions when making an inquiry.
If you have any questions, no matter how small, please feel free to ask us.
Our staff, who have extensive experience in caring for Shiba Inu at our kennel, will respond sincerely and earnestly.
You will receive a reply from our staff within two business days.
Please note that our kennel offers puppies at the lowest possible prices, calculated meticulously based on breeding costs and services. We kindly ask for your understanding that we cannot accommodate discount requests.
Step 2
Decide on a Visit or Purchase
You can choose one of the following three methods for a visit:
Visit the Shiba Inu Breeders.jp office in Japan.
Online visit using video calls via Zoom or LINE.
Please feel free to consult with us.
During your visit, you can see other puppies, but please note that only up to three puppies can be viewed per customer to accommodate other visitors.
Please check the photos and videos posted in advance and inform us of the puppy you wish to visit.
For those who have difficulty visiting:
We can accommodate your schedule and situation, such as living far away or being busy, so please feel free to consult with us.
If you are considering a visit or purchase, we can send you photos and videos of the puppies upon request. Please use them as a reference.
Please note that payment is generally required in advance when purchasing a puppy.
Before Handing Over the Puppy
We will handle the procedures for the puppy's departure from Japan and entry into your country.
Depending on the entry conditions, some procedures may require the cooperation of residents in the importing country.
Please understand this in advance.
While waiting for the handover, we will send you photos and videos to check on the puppy's growth.
If you have any questions about raising the puppy during this period, please feel free to contact us via email or LINE.
We will provide advice to the best of our ability.
Step 3
Arrival of the Puppy
You will need to pick up the puppy at the airport.
Please warmly welcome the puppy as a new member of your family.
The puppy will be very tired from the long journey. Please resist the urge to play immediately and allow the puppy to rest.
Depending on your country, additional procedures may be required upon entry.
After Handover
Even after the handover, please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about raising the puppy.
At our kennel, we believe that our relationship with customers begins after the handover.
We will provide advice to the best of our ability based on our experience for any concerns or questions, no matter how small.
Living with a puppy while having unresolved concerns or questions can cause stress for both you and the puppy. If you have any concerns or questions, please contact us immediately.
Step 4
+ About procedure and expenses regarding import and export from Japan.
Preparations required for export
To export from Japan, the dog will need to have health certificate issued by private veterinarian before departure. After the export inspection at the time of departure, export quarantine certificate written in English will be issued.
Besides, there are conditions decided by the import countries.(for example, vaccination for rabies, setting microchip, blood inspection, etc). We would like you to examine the conditions by contacting to your country's embassy, and teach us. According to the conditions, we would like to make estimates and prepare documents.

About dog price
The Shiba Inu price would vary depending on the quality and type of the individuals.
Pet type 250,000yen or more
Show type 400.000yen or more
The show type dog's price will be decided according to the standard set by Japan Dog Preservation Society. The dog which has less fault will be more expensive. Regardless of the dog type, price will vary depending on the level of the individuals.
If you have requests about puppy’s sex, color, show or pet type, price and so on, please let us know. We will be able to introduce puppies that fit you.
Our Shiba Inu's coat colors are red, black, and white.
Sesame color is currently not available.
The expense examples of our former export
Below are the destinations and expenses of our former export.
Above prices include quarantine and transportation.
Quarantine expenses is for satisfying the quarantine condition of import countries, like vaccination, microchip setting and blood test.
Transportation expenses includes freight fee for animals, travel expenses and accomodation fee for carry staff (it vary depending on how far the destination is).
Breeding expenses is for breeding your dog after the contract is made. It takes many days to prepare for the quarantine, and incur 500 yen per day to breed your dog in a responsible way until the departure. Above expense examples are calculated assuming preparation period is 30 days.
These are calculated according to the quarantine conditions as of 2018.
Quarantine condition is different at each country. Expenses vary according to that.
There are cases that quarantine condition changes in the future, so we would like you to examine your countries quarantine condition by contacting embassy to make estimates.
Except for the countries above, we can export to any countries. Please examine your country's quarantine conditions by contacting embassy.
